Police are anxious to trace a motorist involved in a hit-and-run road traffic collision on Sunday evening. Two vehicles were involved in the incident which occurred at 6.05 pm outside the Bush Inn, Robeston Wathen. Both were travelling in the direction of Penblewin and extensive damage was caused to the rear of a silver Ford Focus, the female driver of which was taken to Withybush Hospital and treated for whiplash injuries. Police are attempting to trace the driver of the offending vehicle, a black twin cab 4x4 pick-up, which was being driven by a white male person. This vehicle made off in the direction of Canaston Bridge. Anyone who can help with inquiries is asked to contact Narberth police on 0845 330 2000.
