Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision on the A4075 at Cresselly on Monday.
At approximately 12.15 pm, police were made aware of the collision involving an orange Ford Fiesta and a silver Chrysler Grand Voyager.
A woman in her 20s was conveyed to Morriston Hospital by air ambulance, with not believed to be life threatening, but serious injuries.
Two fire crews from Pembroke Dock attended and firefighters released one casualty using hydraulic cutting tools, with crews also providing the ambulance service with support in giving first aid.
The road was closed for examinations to take place.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or was travelling on that road at around the specified time, to contact them by calling 101.
