Tools worth a total of £5,000 were stolen from a property adjacent to the new Bluestone Project, near Canaston Bridge, at the weekend. The incident occurred sometime between Saturday and 8 am on Monday. Offenders stole a number of tools and a quad bike, but police are as yet unsure of which entrance they used. The items stolen included a red Honda quad 450 bike, a red Honda water pump two-inch outlet, a blue Draper 25-litre fuel tank, a red heavy duty battery charger (minus wheels) with charger booster 12/24v, an air impact wrench and ratchet kit in a grey box, an air hammer chisel in a blue metal box and a professional hydraulic hub puller kit. Police are appealing for anyone who may have been travelling around the area of the new roundabout on the A4075 or may have been offered the items for sale to contact PC1161 Dee Nix at Narberth on 0845 330 2000.
