"We really appreciate the generosity of Firebird UK," said director of technology, Richard Bamber. "The department gained a grade 1 at a recent inspection, and Firebird's new boilers will enable us to stay at the top for training and education in the field of boiler technology." Firebird sales and technical consultant, Terry Yates stated that: "It's an ideal opportunity for Pembrokeshire College and us to work together in ensuring professional knowledge and installation of Firebird UK oil fuelled boilers." At the presentation, local employers, apprentices and lecturing staff were given a demonstration of how the efficient boilers work and the latest installer friendly additions made to the boiler range. "Working with local employers has always been important to Pembrokeshire College and we were very pleased with the turnout of industry representatives who gave up their valuable time to attend the presentation and demonstration," said lecturer John Warlow.
