Sir, With regard to Clr. Rossiter's view that the old former Tenby Cottage Hospital should be utilised for an affordable housing scheme. I always worry when people in public office talk via their hearts rather than their heads. This is a prime location, consequently a private developer will pay a premium price for the land. Whereas the council could place 25-plus units on the site, if the council used the profit from the sale, they could build 35-plus affordable houses in another location within the area. Please do the maths and please councillors, use your heads instead of your hearts in matters like this.
