Please allow me to remind everyone about our Summer Carnival which this year takes place on Wednesday, August 6. As you are aware, last year's Carnival was a huge success, and I know that our visitors to Tenby thoroughly enjoyed the Carnival as well as our Open Day on the Station.
Now it's that time of year again when I write to remind you all to put your thinking caps on for this year's event. Our aim this year is to build on an improve on last year's, and we ask all persons interested in participating in our Summer Carnival to start thinking about your theme.
If you or your business is interested in taking part and you have no transport, please get in touch with me or one of my colleagues. We still have a few lorries available and it's possible we could lend you one.
Also, the walking classes are proving to be fun for all age groups - from babies in prams to adults - so if you're thinking of entering our walking classes this year, please come along and support us, for this is possibly one of the longest annual Carnival events that has been going for a good number of years. There's a cash prize for all winners and a small gift for all children.
Our route is as normal and we all look forward to seeing you there. So please come along and support us, because without your help every year we could not continue to make this one of the calendar's main events.
