Thousands of ultra low emission vehicles registered in Carmarthenshire – as campaigners group call for more equal access across UKGumfreston bottoms has been flooding for the last 50 years to my knowledge, and I am sure others can extend that time.
The area was sea until the railway embankment was built and the reason it will always flood is the South Beach outfall restricts the incoming sea and backs up the rainwater.
I think County Clr. Williams is playing at Canute as nothing short of very costly dam or bridge will stop this natural happening.
