The following planning applications were discussed by members of Whitland Town Council at their recent meeting.

Consideration was given by members to planning application notices received from Carmarthenshire County Council, as follows:

• PL/10526 - Erection of a dwelling with associated parking provision, landscaping and Improvement to public Right of Way, on land to the rear of Ty Bryan, Spring Gardens, Whitland, SA34 0HH

• PL/10462 - Proposed First Floor extension to provide first floor bathroom, along with internal reconfiguration, at 5 Intermediate Terrace, North Road, Whitland, SA340BA

Following consideration of all the information provided by the planning authority, Whitland Town Council members did not raise any concerns regarding these applications.
