The following planning applications were recently discussed by members of Tenby Town Council...

• NP/26/0289/LBA – Internal Alterations: Alterations to non-load bearing partitions on 3 floors, at 2 Rock Terrace, St Julian’s Street.

Councillors considered the plans noting that changes were internal with no external visual impact. The Mayor, Cllr Dai Morgan proposed approval, Cllr Phil Spence seconded and all were in favour, of recommending approval for the application.

• NP/26/0286/TPO – Cutting back 3 trees on eastern side of drive overhanging Greenwood Lodge, at The Mews, Queen Victoria House, Heywood Lane.

Councillors agreed with a noted consideration that works must avoid bird breeding season. The Mayor proposed approval, Cllr Bolton seconded and all were in favour.

Members views will be passed onto the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, who will determine the applications.
