Tenby Town Council has approved the erection of three outbuildings at a Grade II listed property overlooking North Beach.

The following planning application was discussed by members of Tenby Town Council at their recent meeting: NP/25/0268/FUL – Erection of three small outbuildings in the gardens of Grade II listed residence of Nyth Aderyn – all outbuildings are to be located on sites of pre-existing outbuildings, at Nyth Aderyn, North Cliffe.

When discussing the application, members felt that the proposals utilised existing foundations and were not out of scale.

In passing a recommendation of approval, councillors stated that they believe that the proposals will not impact the amenity of neighbouring properties.

Their views will be passed onto the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for consideration.
