Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. G. Birt, Lock House, St Julian Street, Tenby - change of use of land fronting South Parade (former commercial garage, workshops and car parking) to car parking to enable use of the entire site (including 7 Picton Road) as a permanent car park together with works to the entire site comprising associated pay machines, electric charging points, lighting, signage and planters, at the Five Arches Car Park, South Parade, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Jamie Williams, 1 Golden Valley Cottages, Gloucester Road, Staverton, Cheltenham – replacement of existing lean-to structure connecting two separate building s which form part of the same property, at Flat 7, Newton Croft, 8 The Croft, Tenby (approval for both full and listed building applications).
Mr. Robinson and Ms Finnegan, Sea Haze, Heywood Lane, Tenby – variation of Condition 2 and removal of Condition 3 of NP/17/0348/FUL, at Sea Haze, Heywood Lane, Tenby (no objections to Condition 2, refusal of Condition 3).
Mr. Jason Rossiter – some internal alterations to listed building, replacing existing windows with new sash windows, installation of escape doors to existing stairwell landing, at Hope and Anchor Inn, St. Julian’s Street, Tenby (approval for both full and listed building applications, with conditions).
Danfo Ltd., Unit 53, Honeyborough Business Park, Neyland – proposed alterations to toilets to include public toilets, changing place facility and sale kiosk/shop: also to include change of use, at the public conveniences, The Green, Tenby (approval).
Amended plans for new dwelling with detached garage and multi gym above and reinforced concrete retaining wall to western boundary of the plot, at Plot 3, The Paddock, Haytor Gardens, Tenby (approval).
