Mr. Will Howells - works to trees, at Park Hotel, Tenby (approval).

Miss Margaret Hughes - works to trees, at Fairfield, North Cliff, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Nick Smith, Forge Cottage, Forge lane, Lichfield - new dwelling with detached garage and multi-gym above and reinforced concrete retaining wall to the western boundary of the plot, at plot 3, The Paddock, Haytor Gardens, Tenby (approval).

Amended plans for two fascia signs and two projecting signs, at Units 1-3, South Parade, Tenby (refusal).

Co-operative Food - amended plans for one set of non-illuminated ‘Welcome To’ text, two non-illuminated Co-op logos, at Co-op convenience store, The Green, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. Oliver Booth, Fern Cottage, St. Florence - demolition of existing dwelling and storage structure and provide new replacement dwelling together with ancillary structure and associated works, at The Dunes, Battery Road, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Bill James - construction of new lift shaft. Two storey extension over existing rear wing to accommodate two self-catering apartments. Conversion of basement to second floor to create four new self-catering apartments. Alterations to existing flats on third and fourth floors to create self-catering apartments, at the Atlantic Hotel, The Esplanade, Tenby (deferred for site meeting).

Mr. Shannon - change of use of 15 camping pitches to 15 static caravans and ecological enhancement, at Windmills Caravan Park, Old Narberth Road, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. John Argent - proposed new roof window over existing bathroom, at Scotsborough House, Heywood Lane, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. Neil Duffy - first floor extension above kitchen comprising of two bedrooms and WC, at 14 Lamack Vale, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Philip Walters, Jasmine House, High Street, St. Florence - variation of conditions two and three of NP/14/0407, at St. Mary’s House, St. Mary’s Hill, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. Matt Powell - proposed hanging sign and two glass cabinet notice boards to west elevation, at Ocean Commotion, Lower Frog Street, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. John Faulkner, White Lion Street Gallery - alteration of shop front and insertion of new external door to access upper floors, at 1 White Lion Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Charle Barnett, The Royal Bank of Scotland - removal of one ATM from the front elevation and reinstatement of this area to match the wider elevation, at Natwest Chambers, Tudor Square, Tenby (no objections).
