The following planning applications were recently discussed by members of Tenby Town Council...

• NP/26/0122/ADV – Part retrospective plans for the installation of new fascia signage, a new wall-mount menu board and a free-standing menu board, at Lansio Lounge, Battery Road/South Beach. Councillors considered the application, and it was noted that PCC had requested limitation in lighting times.

Members said it was a good example of what can be requested; and tasteful in design.

All were in favour of recommending approval to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.

• NP/26/0086/FUL – Loft conversion to create additional bedroom with ensuite, new downstairs W/C, utility. Extension to existing outbuilding to create home office/garden room. Repairs to existing dwelling, at The Briary, 5, Queens Parade, Tenby.

Members felt the proposals maintains character of the building; and noted the extensive work on bat survey.

All were in favour of recommending approval.
