Councillors in Tenby have backed up their beliefs that a planning application for the Bryn-y-Mor site in the seaside town constitutes ‘over-development’.
At a meeting of Tenby Town Council on June 10, members were asked to consider a planning application (Ref: NP/25/0219/S73) submitted to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, by Wil Crockford of Coastal Developments Tenby Ltd, for the variation of condition no. 2 of NP/16/0701/FUL, for amendments to original approved plans, at Bryn-y-Mor situated on Narberth Road.
When it came to discussing the plans, members agreed that as the Town Council is still of the opinion that this application, in all forms constitutes over-development of the site, they declined to pass further comment.
