Saundersfoot councillors have backed plans for a change of use for a village property.

The application (NP/23/0165/FUL) for a proposed change of use of ground floor holiday booking office to residential at Dolphin House and Myrtle Cottage, High Street, Saundersfoot, SA69 9EJ came before members of the Community Council at their May meeting.

The plans are for the building to revert back to two full residential cottages, with the replacement of two ground floor windows to principal front elevation.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Saundersfoot Community Council did not raise any concerns or suggested objections regarding this planning application.

Councillors agreed that the proposed plans will make good use of a currently unused property in the centre of the village.
