23/0561/PA: Removal of existing rear two storey and single storey extensions; proposed single storey side and rear extensions with single storey front porch, refurbishment and alterations, at St Teilo, Penally, SA70 7PX.

Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Neal proposed Penally Community Council support the application, Cllr Walsh seconded the proposal all Cllrs in agreement.

NP/23/0486/TPO Tree preservation orders at Lydstep Beach Holiday Village, Lydstep Haven, SA70 7SB.

G1 2x elm-Cut both trees to ground level and allow the stumps to regrow (coppice).

G2 various-Cut 2x trees to ground level and allow stumps to regrow (coppice). Remove the lower branches of remaining trees that overhang the compound’s fencing to achieve 4 m clearance above the fencing and gas tanks.

G3 sycamore-Coppice the young sycamore directly behind lodge 502 and reduce the height and spread of two trees growing on either side of the young sycamore (heights reduced from 16 m to 10 m, easterly crown spread reduced from 7.5 m to 4 m).T4 sycamore-Remove the tree, treat the stump to prevent regrowth and plant a replacement tree elsewhere on site.
