Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their remote meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

NP/22/0033/TPO: Pollard of London Plane tree and removal of ivy, on land adjacent to 2 The Glebe, Tenby (approval recommended - these are small scale works in the interests of public health and safety).

NP/21/0738/FUL: Re-modelling and extension to CK’s filling station and shop, at CK’s Supermarket, Five Way Garage, The Green, Tenby (approval recommended - considered against all the relevant policies within the LDP members feel that this proposal will preserve and enhance employment opportunities with little effect on the amenity of neighbouring facilities).

NP/22/0096/FUL: Proposed one bedroom owner/manager accommodation, at Beach House Café, Gas Lane, Tenby (refusal recommended - members feel the scale and massing of this proposal constitutes over-development of the site).
