• Reference NP/26/0065/TPO – Crown reduction and removal of any dead or diseased branches of Ash tree TPO 4, at the front garden of Richmond House, (located across the road), The Croft.
Councillors discussed the application, with Cllr Anna Bolton proposing approval, and Cllr Jayne Badham seconding, with all in favour, of recommending approval, stating that the proposal represents good management in the interests of health and safety.
• Reference NP/25/0690/LBA – Erection of replacement advertisement on building facade, alongside the former Gatehouse Cinema on White Lion Street.
Councillors discussed the application, with approval proposed by the Mayor, Cllr Dai Morgan, and seconded by Cllr Phil Spence. All were in favour of recommending approval to PCNPA.
