Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting last week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

NP/22/0191/FUL: Creation of balcoy over flat roof, alterations to fenestration, at Beach House, Culver Park, Tenby - (Members are concerned about the introduction of a balcony on the impact and amenity of neighbouring properties both to the sides and rear of the application site, particularly within the newly extended Conservation Area. Members feel the views of the Conservation Officer would be helpful in determining this application).

NP/22/0169/FUL: Erection of photovoltaic array on the roof of a building within the grounds of a listed house, at Clifton Rock, Greenhill Road, Tenby - (Approval recommended, considered against all the relevant policies within the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of the area or neighbouring properties).

NP/22/0206/FUL: Roof extension to allow additional bedroom/lounge, renovation of front elevation and proposed bay windows, at Tiffany House, Tudor Square, Tenby - (Approval recommended, considered against all the relevant policies within the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of the area or neighbouring properties).

NP/22/0197/FUL: Front flat-roofed extension with balcony over, at 29 The Glebe, Tenby (Approval recommended, considered against all the relevant policies within the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of the area or neighbouring properties).
