NP/25/0330/FUL: Retrospective application for extension to form porch with 6 x solar panels on existing flat roof, at Apple Tree Gallery, The Ridgeway, Saundersfoot, SA69 9JE - Insufficient information to reach a decision.

NP/25/0334/FUL: External wall insulation and installing photo voltaic solar panels, at Overbrook, Westfield Road, Saundersfoot, SA69 9JQ - No objection.

NP/25/0368/FUL: Proposed extension by raising existing roof to create first floor accommodation including a balcony to the rear and two dormer windows to the front, at Wiggington, Frances Lane, Saundersfoot, SA69 9HB - No bbjection subject to condition on parking of construction traffic.

NP/25/0399/FUL: Proposed Single Storey 2 bed bungalow in the garden of Rhosneath, The Glen, Saundersfoot, SA69 9NT - No objection.

NP/25/0390/S73: Variation of condition No. 2 of NP/25/0073/FUL (revised design), at 10, Bevelin Hall, Saundersfoot, SA69 9PG - No objection.

NP/25/0417/FUL: Proposal to extend and replace balcony, at 14, Captains Walk, St Brides Hill, Saundersfoot, SA69 9NL - No objection.

NP/25/0414/TPO: Reduce height of Hazel tree to 1.5m & section fell semi mature sycamore to 3m (TPO 77), at The Incline Cottage, Westfield Road, Saundersfoot, SA69 9JL - No objection.

The following applications were considered by members of Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council at their most recent meeting...

• 25/0197/PA: Single storey rear extension and pitched roof to porch, at 1 Kilgetty Cottages, Carmarthen Road, Kilgetty, SA68 0XU - following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Long proposed that Kilgetty-Begelly Community Council support the application. Cllr Cameron seconded the proposal all councillors in agreement.

• 25/0204/PA: Rear extension to 7 Mayfield Acres, Kilgetty, SA68 0UW - Cllr Long proposed that Kilgetty-Begelly Community Council support the application. Cllr Jones seconded the proposal all councillors in agreement.

• 25/0225/PA: Dwelling alterations and extension with detached garage/workshop, at Holloway, Stepaside Narberth, SA67 8JT - Cllr Long proposed that the Community Council support the application, Cllr Whitby seconded the proposal all councillors in agreement.

Councillors’ recommendations will be passed onto Pembrokeshire County Council’s planning committee for consideration.
