The following planning applications were discussed by members of Saundersfoot Community Council at their recent meeting.

NP/21/0752/FUL Amended Plans: The erection of two no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings at Mountain Ash Cottage, Sandy Hill Road.

Councillors confirmed their objections to the application (as per March meeting); and asked for the clerk to write a letter to PCNPA highlighting the concerns.

NP/24/0146/FUL: Proposed over cladding of existing leaking glazed roof with box profile Plastisol coated roof sheeting (Green in colour) at Sandyhill Nurseries & Garden Centre, Sandyhill Road - No objection.

NP/24/0160/FUL: Change of use of land to accommodate a French van style catering unit (A3) on land to the front of the Coal Building - No objection, but concern expressed around the sighting of the van in a small area.

NP/24/0082/FUL: Retrospective change of use from ancillary residential use to independent residential use, retention of a porch, proposed extension to the east elevation and proposed solar panels at Apple Tree Gallery, The Ridgeway - No objection.

NP/24/0179/FUL: Extensions to side and rear at Dirleton House, The Ridgeway, SA69 9JE

Clerk to ask PCNPA extension to review at the next Council meeting on May 2.
