The following planning applications were discussed at the recent meeting of Saundersfoot Community Council:
NP/23/0345/FUL: Erection of garage at 2 Homecroft Bungalows, Saundersfoot, SA69 9BG - No concerns were raised by members, with the Community Council electing to support this planning application.
NP/23/0347/TPO: Works to to remove overhanging branches to garage roof at Abingdon House, Frances Lane, Saundersfoot, SA69 9HB - No concerns were raised, with members of the Community Council supporting this planning application noting that the works are due to health and safety issues.
NP/23/0388/FUL: Replacement rear roof to be used as living terrace; removal of existing bay wind at Strandholme, The Strand, Saundersfoot, SA69 9ET - No concerns raised, with members of the Community Council supporting this planning application, noting that the proposed plans are aesthetically sympathetic to the surrounding properties.
To consider the response to the Planning Authority following the site visit to 1 Church Terrace, Saundersfoot. (NP/23/0174/FUL) with an application for modifications to the existing roofs to introduce a new full width dormer and balcony access to the garden.
Following a recent site visit, attended by Cllr Martyn Williams BEM and Cllr Rosemary Hayes MBE, it was concluded that Saundersfoot Community Council support this planning application.
