• 25/0609/PA: Conversion of barns to one dwelling, at The Buttles, New Road, Begelly, SA68 0YG. Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Whitby proposed that the Community Council support the application, with all councillors in agreement.

• 25/0658/PA: Erection of garage at Bwythyn Sant Mair, Carmarthen Road, Kilgetty, SA68 0UJ. Cllr Quigley proposed that the Community Council support the application, with all councillors in agreement.

• 25/0644/PA: Proposed Side Extension, at 2 Brookfield Villas, Begelly, SA68 0YJ. Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, members of the Community Council elected not to comment on the application.
