The following planning applications were discussed at the most recent meeting of Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council:

• 23/0614/PA: Variation of conditions 3 (surface water disposal), 4 (biodiversity enhancement scheme) and 5 (CTMP) of planning permissions 22/0994/PA (Earth banked nutrient store to comply with The Water Resources, at Catershook Farm, Templeton, SA67 8SP - Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Thomas proposed that the Community Council support the application. Cllr Lockley seconded the proposal a majority of Cllrs in agreement.

• 23/0272/PA: Proposed new dwelling in the garden of Inglefield Carmarthen Road, Kilgetty, SA68 0UE - Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Thomas proposed that the Community Council support the application Cllr Jones seconded the proposal.

• 23/0528/PA: Erection of stable block and construction of a ménage, at Lower Carne, Begelly, SA68 0PB - Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Cllr Thomas proposed that the Community Council support the application with the condition that all recommendations by other relevant bodies are complete prior to commencement. Cllr Quigley seconded the proposal a majority of Councillors in agreement.
