Nine planning applications in the national park are to be decided by committee next week.

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park’s development management committee has a busy agenda on Wednesday, September 7 with nine applications and an enforcement report to consider.

Two of the applications are recommended for approval while the remainder are suitable for approval, or delegated approval, according to the authority’s planning officers.

The applications include alterations to a pub in Milton, an extension to a house in Solva – both of which are recommended for refusal – a new house in Manorbier and a One Planet Development near Velindre.

There is also an application for a replacement building at a farm in Moylegrove, demolition of a garage to create a plot for a three bedroom house in Little Haven, access and landscaping on land off Nun Street, St Davids, and one bedroom owner/manager accommodation above a Tenby café.

Additionally in Moylegrove is an application to alter and improve an existing home and covert a boat store into an artist studio.

A report outlining enforcement action being taken, including a recommendation to commence prosecution proceedings, at the Pool House, Hasguard Cross is also to be discussed.

The committee meet at 10 am on Wednesday, September 7 and the meeting can be viewed online, via the authority’s website.
