Planning applications for Church Terrace in Saundersfoot have been discussed by members of the Community Council.

NP/23/0173/FUL seeks a replacement of the existing garden shed with a new timber clad garden room, at 1 Church Terrace, SA69 9HD.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Saundersfoot Community Council does not raise any concerns and support this planning application.

However, community councillors requested a site visit before making a decision on NP/23/0174/FUL which is seeking modifications to the existing roof to introduce a new full width dormer and balcony access to the garden at the same address.

Members consider that a site visit would be of benefit, with the Clerk to request that the Planning Authority facilitates a site visit to consider the impact the proposed building will have on the neighbouring properties’ privacy, the visual impact of the proposed building on the neighbouring properties and the effect on existing amenities.
