25/0930/PA: Single storey side extension, at 30B Church View, Summerhill (conditionally approved).
25/0457/PA: replacement dwelling and erection of detached garage, at Sunnyhill, Stepaside (conditionally approved).
NP/25/0387/FUL: Increase in height of first floor, conversion of attached garage to annex and new detached double garage, at Swn Y Mor, Stepaside. Following discussion and study of the amended plans, Amroth Community Council members objected to this application as it is still incompatible with neighbouring properties and the objections from neighbours have not all been addressed by the amendment.
