On Sunday, December 21, the morning service was conducted by the Rev. Hywel Brown. The evening service was given by the Sunday School members.

The welcome to everyone present was given by Adam Calvert, who also announced the first congregational carol, 'Come and Join the Celebration'. This was followed by a reading from Luke 1, verses 26-33, by Kane.

A solo was then given by Rachel, 'Such a Tiny Child'. A prayer was given by Leah, followed by the Collection Prayer by Sarah.

The Sunday School choir then sang 'Welcome Christ Child'.

The Three Angels, Cerys, Amy and Ellie, then sang 'Away in a Manger', and the same carol was also played as a musical item by Kane and Leah.

A solo was then given by Charlotte, 'Who is This Child'.

Holly then recited 'The Best Donkey of them all', assisted by Cerys and Amy.

A choir piece was then sung, 'This Child'.

A Scripture reading from Luke 2. v 8-20 was given by Charlotte.

Sunday School scholars then gave a musical item, 'Silent Night'.

The congregational carol, 'Go Tell it to the Mountain', was announced by Cerys, Amy and Ellie.

A recitation by Holly and Jonathon was then given, entitled 'Little Lambs', with Ellie as the lamb.

The Sunday School scholars then sang 'It was a Starry Night'.

Adam then read from Luke 2. v 1-12 and this was followed by a recitation by Jonathan, entitled 'The Camel Story'.

A choral piece was then given, 'Riding out across the Desert'.

A recitation by Sarah followed, entitled 'The Friendly Beasts', and she also announced the congregational carol, 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing'.

This closed the evening's programme and Mrs. Elizabeth Treharne ended with the Benediction.

Thanks are given to Mrs. Linda Richards, who produced the programme, and to Mrs. Elizabeth Treharne for the musical arrangements. The accompanist was Mrs. Jayne Calvert, with Mrs. Vanessa Thomas and Adam Calvert on their guitars. The organiser for the congregational singing was Mrs. Maureen Griffiths.

On Christmas morning, a service was held, with Mrs. Elizabeth Treharne presiding. A full report will be given in next week's paper.

On Sunday, December 28, the services throughout the day were conducted by the Rev. Lawrence Mitchell.

A Christian welcome is given to all to join in worship with friends at Pisgah.
