Last Sunday morning, Mr. Quirk, Broadmoor, led the service, with the Rev. Lawrence Mitchell conducting the evening service. Sunday School was also held in the morning. On Wednesday, the Ladies Fellowship met for their annual general meeting and on Thursday, Bible Class was held. This Sunday morning, which is Mothering Sunday, Mrs. Elizabeth Treharne will preside, when the Sunday School scholars will take part in the service. The evening service will be conducted by Mrs. Pauline Paul, Cresswell Quay. Deacons and members of Pisgah are sorry to learn that the Rev. Hywel Brown is not well, and their prayers are for him. The Rev. Brown often shares his ministry with members at Pisgah and they trust he will soon enjoy good health again. Last Wednesday, March 7, the annual 'cawl' morning was held, and again it proved a very successful morning. Approximately 130 people sat down to a delicious bowl of 'cawl', which had been prepared by Maurice and Janet, of the Cresselly Arms, and their helpers, while the dessert (apple tart) was made by the ladies of the church. It was a morning enjoyed by everyone for its meal and the harmony and friendship they all shared. A warm Christian welcome is given to all to join in worship with friends at Pisgah.
