Parents and children are in for a treat when the award-winning People's Theatre Company put on their acclaimed pop musical, The Witch's Bogey, at Theatr Gwaun, Fishguard, on Sunday, February 10. With a glittering cast, colourful characters and memorable music, The Witch's Bogey is a magical tale of good versus evil, and virtue rewarded. Based on the classic Russian Fairytale of Baba Yaga the Witch, it is guaranteed to delight anyone who has ever lived, loved or blown their nose! Those who have seen previous productions by The People's Theatre Company can look forward to the same great mix of gripping storyline, catchy pop tunes and entertaining characters, which appeal to adults and children alike. For those who haven't yet experienced work of this innovative company could be in for a wonderful surprise - a taste of the West End musical in Pembrokeshire. To make the most of their visit to the theatre, children can join in with a drama workshop and learn all about The Witch's Bogey, the characters, the music and who to hiss and boo. Workshops are led by the stars of the show and begin an hour before the performance. The Witch's Bogey will be held on Sunday, February 10. There will be two shows, at 2.30 pm and 6 pm, with workshops starting one hour before each performance. Tickets are £7.50/£5.50 for the show and the workshop is £3.
