Outline planning permission is being sought for a retirement village on land adjacent to Park House Court, Narberth Road, Tenby. Pembrokeshire County Council has received the application by GKV Developments and has recently carried out a consultation process. "The process is classed as a major development," said a spokeswoman for the council. The matter is currently waiting to go before the authority's planning committee.
