A planning application for a South Pembrokeshire village has been given the green light by county planners this week.

The application by Mr. Timothy Rowe for a residential development (including affordable housing) at Holborn Farm, Holborn Gardens, Pentlepoir, was approved at Tuesday's meeting of Pembrokeshire County Council's planning and rights of way committee.

Now used primarily for the retail of timber products, the application was for some 34 dwellings, 16 of which will be for affordable housing, with the existing former farm buildings on site being demolished.

The application was approved subject to conditions and a section 106 legal agreement that ensures the delivery of the affordable housing and a transportation contribution.
