A planning application for a South Pembrokeshire village looks set to be approved by county planners next week.

An appliation submitted by Mr. Timothy Rowe seeks permission for a residential development (including affordable housing) at Holborn Farm, Holborn Gardens, Pentlepoir.

Now used primarily for the retail of timber products, the proposal is for some 34 dwellings, 16 of which will be for affordable housing, with the existing former farm buildings on site being demolished.

The application, which will come before Pembrokeshire County Council's planning and rights of way committee on Tuesday, is recommended for approval subject to conditions and a section 106 legal agreement that ensures the delivery of the affordable housing and a transportation contribution.
