Environmental enforcement officers have issued fixed penalty notices for dog fouling.

Over the weekend, the officers employed by Carmarthenshire County Council issued three FPNs for dog fouling.

Two were issued in Pendine, one to a local woman and one to a female holidaymaker, both of whom had failed to remove the faeces from the beach after their dog had defecated. A female day visitor to Llansteffan, who failed to remove the faeces from the footpath leading towards the castle, was also issued with an FPN.
