Pembrokeshire went to the polls yesterday (Thursday).

There were 47 seats up for grabs in the Pembrokeshire County Council election, while only 15 of the 80 town and community councils' 115 wards were contested.

The votes are being counted today (Friday) at Sir Thomas Picton School sports hall from 9 am.

For the first time residents can follow the election count - and find out the results - as and when they happen.

The council will be operating a live division-by-division feed for Twitter and Facebook users.
