What does importing LNG into Pembrokeshire mean to you? Will it mean increased employment or bigger safety risks? Have you really thought about the effects of increased traffic on the Milford Haven waterway? What long-term benefits are there for the local community? These issues were the focus of a meeting on 'Energy' organised by Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum.

Another subject highlighted was the lack of general public knowledge about energy consumption, and the need to make information more readily available.

Members hoped more statutory organisations would attend future meetings to help better informed debate. The Forum actively encourages people on a county-wide basis to express their views and gain balanced understanding of the issues concerned.
