Pembrokeshire's young swimmers have excelled themselves at a major Welsh swimming competition.
Members of the county squad and Pembrokeshire Performance Team won a record medal haul at the recent annual Welsh Age and Youth Championships held at the national pool in Swansea.
Bethan Davie, who swims with the Tenby Dolphins club, won gold in the 100 and 200-metre breaststroke races, a silver medal in the 400-metre individual medley and bronze in the 200-metre freestyle and 200-metre individual medley.
She also beat the championship record in the 100-metre breaststroke.
Andrew James won silver in the 200-metre butterfly and Michael Hire won bronze in the 100-metre breaststroke.
The boys under 14 relay team - Patrick Bunker, Sam Lewis, Mikey Hire and Ross Sutton - won bronze in the 4x100 medley relay, while Johnnie Delahunty, Simon Johns, Alex Mason, Andrew James and Matt Davie won bronze in the under 18 4x200 freestyle relay.
In total, the Pembrokeshire medal haul was 14!
Thirty-three swimmers qualified for the championships, which also resulted in 93 Personal Best times and 100m and 200m finalists across every stroke.
"This was a magnificent result and testament to the hard work and effort put in by the swimmers and their coaches," said Paul Dowey, Pembrokeshire swimming development coach, who trains the performance squad at the new Haverfordwest Leisure Centre.
The swimmers from the county team, train with their local swimming clubs - Milford Haven Tigers, Fishguard Flyers, Haverfordwest Seals, Tenby Dolphins, Pembroke and District Swimming clubs.
