A good day out was had in Barry recently, when the best of Pembrokeshire went up to compete with the best of the rest of South Wales.
Again Pembrokeshire put up a good show, with three making the last table of ten: Kerry Westerman - who won a ticket to the finals, Paul Smith and Richard Oldham, with Richard becoming the outright winner, also going through to the finals in Coventry.

The venues were won by: Garry Pratt at The Dogs Home; Naomi Meaney at Kilgetty Sports and Social Club; Richard Oldham at the Bush Tavern.
The Poker League plays in Pembroke Dock Bush Tavern on Monday night at 8 pm; Kilgetty Sports and Social Club on Wednesday night at 8 pm; and Tenby Dogs Home (opposite the five arches) on Thursday night at 8 pm.
It’s £3.50 to play and all are welcome. Play is for points, so come and try it out.
