Over 30 drug warrants have been executed in Pembrokeshire this month.
Officers, supported by the dog unit and neighbourhood policing teams, have executed the warrants throughout the county. Amongst the items seized was nearly 88 grammes of cannabis resin with a street value of £300, 30 cannabis plants, cannabis leaf, Ketamine and a small amount of cocaine.
Superintendent Euros Lewis emphasised: "Pembrokeshire does not have a greater drug problem than any other similar area across the country. He added that the concentration of effort in February demonstrated the commitment to tackling the menace of drugs in our communities. "Drugs," he said, "cause misery to the individuals, their families and communities as a whole and, therefore, we will continue to cause as much disruption to the drug market as possible. "If you are dealing drugs in Pembrokeshire, expect to have us calling on you."
Anyone with information on drug dealing can contact their local police station on 0845 330 2000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 - you do not have to give your name and may qualify for rewards.
