The annual house-to-house fortnight collection in Pembroke district and Pembroke Dock raised £2,685.
This was owing to the generosity of all residents and some very dedicated members of Pembroke Ladies Lifeboat Guild.
This collection has been a tradition for 60 years. Back in 1949, it raised £35.11.7d.
The Guild values the support of those who give to the RNLI each year.
The picture above shows Upton Castle, the beautiful setting for the Guild's next event on May 20.
A coffee morning is being held in aid of the RNLI, admission is £2 and it starts at 10.30 am. There will be a cake stall, plant stall, book stall and a raffle.
This is the second year Mr. and Mrs. Barlow have agreed to hold the event. Do go along and appreciate this outstanding setting.
