January 1 sees the start of Pembroke Dock's Bicentenary year and to mark this milestone in the town's history, a service of celebration will be held at Pennar Community Church, at Bethany Chapel.

The service begins at 6.30 pm and all are welcome.

In the morning on New Year's Day, Pembroke Dock Women's Institute will be serving 'brunch' at the Pater Hall from 10.30 am to 1 pm.
