Division One
Carew remain top of the table following a seven wickets win at home to Cresselly who were held to 197-8. Adam Chandler was the only Cresselly batsman to score more than 30, with 63not out and he had good support from Matthew Morgan (29) and earlier skipper Phil Williams scored 22 and Julian Arthur 21.
Carew reached 182-3 to knock off the winning runs with just over four overs to spare. Opener Nick Scourfield was 77 not out, his opening partner Ian Sefton scored 30, skipper Robert Hicks chipped in with 27 and Gareth Lewis was 22 not out.
Haverfordwest had the better of a drawn match at home to St Ishmaels who reached 173-7 in response to a Harfat total of 209-9.
Karl Rhead (59) and Ben Field (53) played the leading roles in the Haverfordwest total supported by Danny Potter with 31.
Andrew Palmer took 4-48 supported by all-rounder Andrew Williams with 3-27.
Although Peter Bradshaw scored 43 and Danny Howells 42 including three sixes and two fours, the only other innings of note came from Jonathan Pawlett with 32 and there were also 27 extras.
Spinner Clive Tucker took 3-38.
Dark horses for the Championship Saundersfoot won by eight wickets away to Herbrandston who were bundled out for 57. Swing bowler Simon Wood had the amazing return of 6-7 from 12 overs backed up by paceman Danny Caine with 3-22.
Saundersfoot soon knocked off the winning runs with a total of 61-2 with skipper James Caine 28 not out.
Lawrenny recovered from 64-9 to reach 104 before being bowled out at home to Championship challengers Neyland.
Adrian Harries top scored with 38 and Jamie Lewis led the late resistance with 29, backed up by Phil Cole with 12 not out.
Spinner Andrew Miller took 4-15 for the visitors and another spinner Gary Lloyd took 3-13.
Scott John with a fine innings of 64 including nine fours led the Neyland victory bid and the visitors won by seven wickets on reaching 105-3.
In the local derby at Whitland both teams found runs at a premium on a dampish surface and the visitors Narberth, struggled to reach 126 before being dismissed.
Ben Quartermaine scored 39 and Connor Lloyd 26.
Mark Lee took 4-22 and Whitland skipper Matthew Davies 3-15.
Whitland also lost early wickets but an innings of 30not out by Scott Newton including the winning six and supporting knocks of 22 by Matthew Davies and 20 by David Dunfee gave Whitland a narrow two wickets win on 128-8.
Ben Quartermaine took 3-36 to follow up his excellent batting.
Division Two
In the second team local derby at Cresselly in a close finish Carew reached 198-8 in a drawn match, after Cresselly Seconds had scored 205-7
Alex Bayley (49no) and another youngster George Wilkins (41) together with the reliable Neale Williams (36) were the leading contributors to the total.
When the visitors replied, left hander Christian Phillips had an aggressive innings of 56 with 11 fours, supported by Barry Evans and Haydn Shapcott who both scored 25, together with Joe Kidney (27).
The experienced Steve Davies took 5-49.
Whitland Seconds gained their first win of the season in Division Two with a five wickets success away to Burton who were dismissed for 143.
Luke Hayman (34), Mike Spearing (31no), Neville Davies (25) and Michael Venables (21) got the runs as Geraint Phillips took 4-24 and Daniel James 3-32 for the visitors.
In reply Whitland reached 144-5. Meyrick Rowlands laid the foundation for the total with a solid innings of 58 supported by Wayne Jones with 22 and Adam Davies with 21.
Pembroke Dock held on for a draw at 200-9 chasing a Stackpole total of 237-9.
Josh Davies achieved the remarkable feat of scoring his second successive league century. Having scored exactly 100 the previous week away to Carew Seconds , this time he reached 127 not out with five sixes and 13 fours away to the Dock.
He dominated the scoring to such an extent that the next highest score was Huw Cox with 24 as Jamie White took 4-46 for the home team.
Not for the first time, Jake Davies top scored for the Dock in reply with 71 including 12 fours and one six, backed up by Scott Griffiths with 27, Nick Daley with 29 and Luc Barford with 21.
Chris Gibbs took 4-34 and Richard Macky 3-39 for Stackpole.
Llangwm (211-6) continue to lead the table following a big win at home to Haverfordwest Seconds (99 all out).
Division Three
Crymych crashed to another defeat away to second placed Division Three team Llanrhian who accumulated 233-2. All-rounder Gareth Davies scored 126, Jack Jones 51 not out and Ben Jones 26.
In reply Crymych were bowled out for 150 despite the efforts of Sam Kurtz with 65, Rob Nicholas with 31 and Jacob Lloyd (21no).
Left arm spinner Gareth Davies completed a good all round match with a bowling return of 5-44.
Narberth Seconds scored 158-8 at home to Pembroke. Andrew Williams scored 54, Wayne Howells 27 and Mike Williams an aggressive 20.
Dan Williams, Sean Powell and Jonathan Rogers each had two wickets for the visitors who won by eight wickets with a total of 159-2. Paul White (56), Sean Powell (39), Rob Weston (31no) and Philip Hay (23no) were the batsmen in form for the visitors.
Over 400 runs were scored at Kilgetty as Kilgetty scored 209-4 and in reply Lamphey reached 210-7 for an exciting three wickets win.
Jake Marsh scored 56 not out for Kilgetty supported by Richard Gwyther (38), Steve Flook (35), Richard Cope (32no) and Gareth Edwards 20.
One interesting piece of information from the game was that Steve Flook was "bowled" twice in successive overs by Lamphey spinner Hywel Gibbs but in both cases the bails were not dislodged!
Lamphey lost early wickets quickly but a sixth wickets partnership of 134 between James Skeels with 76 not out including the winning six and Nick Shelmerdine with 60 turned the match around.
Left arm seamer Richard Cope had another impressive spell and finished with 3-30.
Fishguard were bowled out for 130 by the visitors Llechryd after Rhys Beard had taken 4-42. The sold David Haynes top scored for Fishguard with 56.
In reply Llechryd were bowled out for 118 to lose by 12 runs as Rhys Dalling took 4-23 and Gary Strawbridge 3-27.
Ron Harries with 27 and Steve Smith with 22 not out were the leading Llechryd batsmen.
Division Four
League leaders Hundleton had an eight wickets win at home to Lawrenny Seconds who scored 111-9.
Lance Osbourne and Jonathan Beff both scored 22 with Beff hitting five fours and for Hundleton, Chris Stapleton rolled back the years to take 4-22.
Led by Morgan Allen with 45 and Luke Williams with 43 not out, Hundleton soon reached 112-2.
Despite scoring 171-5, at home to Camrose and Spittal, Cresselly Thirds lost by three wickets.
Two experienced players, Glyn Cole and Steve Wilkins both scored 30 for the Cresselly team and for the visitors Mike Williams top scored with 64 and Rickie Thomas provided the main support with 42.
Craig Nightingale had a return of 3-35 for the home team
Division Five
St Clears retained the Division Five leadership with an overwhelming win at home to Haverfordwest Fourths, who were bowled out for 49 in reply to a Saints total of 213-4.
Skipper Andrew Edwards led from the front with a brilliant innings of 103 not out including 15 fours and one six supported by Martin Thomas (37no) and Robert Morgan (21).
Young Jack Griffiths took 3-27 for the visitors.
Harfat wickets tumbled as Martin Thomas (4-8), Nathan Evans (4-13) and Alun Thomas (2-8) ripped through the order.
The main resistance came from Ewan Cunningham with 22.
St Florence slipped down to fourth place in the table after suffering a heavy defeat away to Pembroke Seconds, who scored 205-7. The total was the result of consistent batting by Spencer Harries (46), Jack Harries (39), Nigel Phillips (34) and Hugh Davies (25).
Mike May took 3-44 for the visitors and then top scored with 37 as the Saints were bowled out for 94.
His main support came from Mike Cackett with 23.
Nigel Phillips took 3-1 and David Jones 3-28 for Pembroke Seconds who remain in second place in the table.
Saundersfoot Seconds had an impressive nine wickets win at home to Fishguard Seconds who had scored 123-4 after Sean O'Connor had scored 33 and Bernie Armstrong 26.
Chris Hawkes with 55 not out and Sam Franklin with 46 were the batsmen in form for the Saundersfoot team who reached 124-1 to secure the win.
St Ishmaels Seconds declared after reaching 238-5 at home to Whitland Thirds.
Gareth Cheshire scored 77 with 11 fours and two sixes, Daniel Flynn 69 and James John 48.
Carl Smith and Gwynne Phillips both took two wickets for the visitors who were bowled out for 144 as Gareth Cheshire took 3-16, Daniel Flynn 3-21 and Ryan Rees 3-11.
Carl Smith batting at number nine top scored for the Whitland team with 39 including eight fours, supported by Josh Jones with 26.
In a low scoring match at Llanddewi Velfrey, Narberth Thirds won by five wickets at home to Herbrandston Seconds who were bundled out for 51. Ceri Davies took 4-10 and spinner Dan Hughes 3-8.
Paul Nicholas scored almost half of the runs for Herbie with 24.
Although the Narberth team lost five wickets before reach a winning total of 52, a collapse appeared unlikely as Huw Simpkins held things together with his gritty innings of 15.
Division Six
Pembroke Dock Seconds scored 151-9 away to Camrose and Spittal Seconds who were bowled out for 129 in reply to suffer their first defeat of the season.
Luke Murray with 64 and the experienced John Davies with 28 were the leading batsmen for the visitors as John Ryan took 5-22.
Neil Hallett with 4-23 then did the damage with the ball and the only batsmen to offer sufficient resistance to the Dock bowlers were James Gwilt with 33 and Geoff Harries with 21.
Hundleton Seconds scored 164-9 away to Lamphey Seconds who secured a draw with a total of 146-6. Gianluca Trimarco had an excellent innings of 61 for the Lamphey team supported by Geoff Moseley with 22 and Gethin Llewellyn with 20.
Paul Edwards took 2-26 for the visitors.
Crymych Seconds were without a league fixture in Division Six.
