The chairman welcomed all members; it was a joy to see so many attending the meeting. Mrs Marg. Rees, secretary, read out a letter on behalf ofSilver Line who are asking for volunteers. Silver Line is simular to Child Line, but this includes all age groups.
Irene and Margaret, were succesful at the table top sale. A trip has been arranged to visit the Torch Theatre on Tuesday, November 27. The coach leaves Pembroke at 6.30 pm.
The speaker for the evening was David James, from the Maritime Museum, on people who visited Pembroke Dock during past times.
The raffle was won by Jean Issacs. Best wishes go out to Mary Poldo, Mary Mackay and Helen Shaw; members wish them a speedy recovery.
Preparations are underway for the celebrations for the Guild's 40th anniversary.

The Federation annual carol service will be held on Saturday, December 8, in St. Mary's church (on the hill) at Haverfordwest at 2.30 pm. The readers are Marge Rees and Dorothy Street.
A team of three members will take part in the Federation quiz in Swansea on November 29.
Just a reminder, the Christmas Supper will take place at the next meeting on Wednesday, December 12, at 7.30 pm, at St. John's Community Hall, Pembroke Dock.
New members are always welcome.
