Tennis

Mini tennis coaching is taking place at Bloomfield Centre, Narberth, on Monday evenings. The coaching consists of mini tennis red for five to seven-year-olds, between 4.10 to 5 pm. Mini orange coaching for eight to 10-year-olds, between 5 and 6 pm. There are still spaces available on this course which will begin on Monday, September 13. Netball

A twilight netball session will be held for primary school teachers and sports leaders involved within the schools netball activities. The course will include general ball skills and more specific netball skills and game ideas. The course will be on Wednesday, September 15, from 3.15 to 5 pm, venue TBC. Disability Sport

The Pembrokeshire Junior Visual Impaired Multi-Sport Programme hold meetings on the third Sunday of the month, starting Sunday, September 19, at Crundale Community Hall from 4-6 pm for multi sport activities. These sessions are for children of all ages with a visual impairment and their siblings. As this is a community hall, the group has use of the facilities for making tea, coffee and drinks for all the family, use of the outdoor play area and the playing field, which will hopefully make the sessions family friendly. Qualified instructors will be taking the sessions, all of whom have completed an awareness-raising course in visual impairment through the Wales Council for the Blind. Members of the club will receive a free t-shirt. It is free to join. Dragon Sport

A Dragon Sport organiser course is running at Manorbier VC School on Monday, September 13, from 3.30 to 4.30 pm. This is the second part of a four-part course. The WRU is holding a rugby preliminary course at Fishguard and Goodwick RFC on Monday, September 13, and Monday, September 20, from 5 to 8 pm, at a cost of £50. Football

Please note, the football leaders course scheduled for September 12 at Greenhill School, Tenby, has been cancelled due to lack of numbers. A primary school football festival is taking place at Greenhill School on Friday, October 1, from 10 am to 2 pm. Spectators are welcome to go along. The final child protection course of the year is taking place on Tuesday, September 14, at County Hall, Haverfordwest, from 6.30-9.30 pm. First aid courses are running on Thursday, September 16, and Thursday, September 23, at Johnson AFC, from 6.30 to 9.30 pm.
