An invitation to get out and about post-Christmas and join in holiday walks has been extended by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Winter is a great time to explore Britain's only coastal National Park and a post-Christmas walk has the bonus of working off the festive excesses!
The Park Authority has arranged four walks between Christmas and New Year, providing new views on the landscape and wildlife and explaining how the Park's unique heritage is cared for and managed.
The walks begin on Friday, December 26, with a two-mile nature ramble at Bosherston, led by Jack Rogers, and on Sunday, December 28, Richard Saies heads a four-mile ramble from Whitesands Bay, St. Davids.
Park rangers Carol Owen and Geraint Harries lead a Welsh language walk in the Preseli Hills on Tuesday, December 30, and the New Year begins in style on Thursday, January 1, with a six-mile walk on the Castlemartin Army Range, led by Richard Saies.
