It looks set to be a big day in Narberth tomorrow (Saturday) which is likely to make parking at a premium in the town.

On the sporting scene Narberth rugby club take on old rivals Whitland at the Lewis Lloyd ground in National League division one while on the football front The Bluebirds are also home to St. Ishmaels in division one of the James Williams Pembrokeshire League.

Added to this there will be a fair on the Town Moor, reducing the normal number of parking spaces available in the town's main car park.

A limited number of parking spaces will be available on the Junior School playground while the rugby club have also secured, with the permission of Mr. Melbourne, an overflow car park for approximately 100 cars in Redstone Road, with a shortcut to the Lewis Lloyd through Bloomfield by permission of Mr. David Watkins.

The advice to all sports fans heading to the town is to set out early, share transport wherever possible and look out for directional signs leading to the temporary car parks.
