Pembrokeshire County Council is to hold an election for two parent governor representatives.
The successful candidates will serve on the children and families overview and scrutiny committee, which deals with the education service of Pembrokeshire County Council.
Nomination papers for existing parent governors may be obtained from the governors' support services, County Hall, Haverfordwest. Employees of the authority are not allowed to stand.
The nomination papers must be delivered to the returning officer, County Hall, Haverfordwest, by noon on Thursday, August 5.
If contested, the election will be conducted by a postal ballot, issued on August 27.
Postal ballot papers must be returned by noon on Thursday, September 9.
