THE names of Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Wendy and Captain Hook conjure up a picture of a magical land where the boy who never grew up lives; a land of pirates, Indians and lost boys. Next December, the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot, will be transformed into this magical land when Saundersfoot Footlights presents this year's pantomime, 'Peter Pan'. In order to do the excellent John Morley script justice, they are going to need a cast of both adults and children and in order to achieve this, auditions will be held on Wednesday, September 5, at 7 pm, and Sunday, September 9, at 2 pm in the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot. Anyone can audition as long as they will be seven years old by December 1, 2007. Such has been the popularity of recent Saundersfoot Footlights pantomimes that competition will be fierce as they cannot possibly take everyone. So, even if you'd rather help behind the scenes or make tea rather than appear on stage, go along. You will be assured of a welcome and, hopefully, make new friends.
