Not as pretty as Anneka Rice! That wasn't quite the verdict Dyfed High Sheriff David Pryse Lloyd was expecting when he was interviewed by Owen Money on Money For Nothing live from Saundersfoot at the weekend.

Then he realised Owen was likening the sheriff's Go M.A.D. (Go Make A Difference) scheme with Challenge Anneka - and a good comparison it is too.

The Go M.A.D. campaign has nearly 20 projects shortlisted for a make-over in the autumn.

South Hook LNG, Milford Haven Port Authority and Costain have pledged support, but more is needed if all the projects are to be done.

David used the interview to ask West Wales businesses to give DIY equipment and paint either free or for significant discounts, and appealed for individuals who can paint or tile to volunteer for a couple of days' community work to help do the work.
