CONGRATULATIONS go to Owain Jenkins, of Londenderry Farm, Jeffreyston, who last weekend competed at the Royal Welsh Spring Festival in Builth Wells, where he won the young sheep handler competition, with his Jacob Ram 'Apollo'. This qualifies 15-year-old Owain to compete for the 'Young Shepherd of the Year' held at the Royal Berkshire Show in September.
